Jeremy Bowers GIS Programmer/Developer Jeremy has 10 years experience in the development and delivery of spatial software applications, including custom online and desktop GIS. Jeremy is an excellent problem solver, who can and has worked effectively as part of a project team, and as an individual to successfully provide information technology solutions. He offers strong technical skills and professional experience in ASP.Net, VB.Net, Visual Basic, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, OOP, and multi-tier application development, including web development. Jeremy has been through the life cycle of systems in a number of projects, including medium and large development projects for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Nunatsiavut Government. He has developed internet based mapping applications using ArcIMS, ArcGIS Server, ASP.NET, VB.Net, Visual Basic, Javascript, HTML, and Oracle. Additionally, Jeremy has worked with ESRI geographic information systems software and technology, including ArcGIS 8.* up to 9.*, ArcSDE 9.* and ArcIMS 4.* UP TO 9.* Jeremy holds a Bachelors Degree in Earth Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland, a post graduate diploma in Applied Information Technology from ITI and a diploma in Geographic Information Systems.
