Colin Taylor President Colin has over 20 years experience in the IT/GIS industry. This experience includes extensive experience in enterprise system design and delivery, spatial database design, management and administration, and enterprise level system integration, including the integration of spatial and non-spatial technologies. Colin has designed and implemented numerous applications that deliver solutions to the industry public (public end user) and integrate with an organizations internal administration system. He was one of the lead architects in the delivery of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador’s Geospatial Infrastructure Design, the lead architect for Nunatsiavut Government’s organizational enterprise GIS, and has worked on numerous Government of Newfoundland and Labrador (GNL) projects for the integration of spatial and non-spatial systems. He was the prime architect for GNL’s MIRIAD system that delivers online mineral claim staking, integrates with the GNL mineral rights license system, provides online query and reporting and feeds into the overall GNL geoscience resource atlas. Colin has over 10 years professional experience with Oracle RDBMS, including oracle spatial and ESRi ArcSDE in Oracle, and similar experience with SQL Server, MySQL and Postgres database systems.
